Doluca Tuğra Boğazkere & Öküzgözü Mix Pack Of 6

Doluca Tuğra Boğazkere Red Wine has smooth and round tannins also its pleasent floral characters. Tugra Bogazkere grapes –cultivated with modern vineyard management methodology and a low yield program- were harvested in early September at our own vineyards in Denizli. The grapes have been macerated and fermented nearly 11 days, then have been aged for 7 months with the sediments, and following filtration for another 9 months in 80% French and 20% American oak, totally 16 months. Tugra Bogazkere has powerful, long and fruity character.

Doluca Tuğra Öküzgözü Red Wine is remarkable with its balanced, smooth and medium-bodied structure. This methodology allowed us to harvest these grapes at an optimum acidity and alcohol level. The Öküzgözü grapes – cultivated in our vineyards in Denizli Region with a low yield management program- were harvested in early October. Through cold maceration and cool fermentation we were able to retain Okuzgozu’s characteristics at a maximum level. This wine was matured – 5 months sur lie and 7 months without lees- a total of 12 months in 70% French and 30% American oak.
