Antioche Özel Seri (Special series) Red Wine is made from one of the ancient local grapes of Anatolia ‘Barburi’ and Cabernet Sauvignon grown in Antakya / Hatay region. Barburi which has the strongest aromatic character among the red grapes attracts attention with its aging potential, it was produced for the first time as a single grape wine by Antioche Winery. Grapes harvested at the perfect moment of their maturity; This red wine, which undergoes fermentation and long-term maceration under temperature control, is aged for 12 months in French oak barrels. It has the potential to grow old.
It is a well-balanced wine with lively acidity, full and medium tannins.
