Shiluh Sargan Red Wine 2019

Shiluh Sargan Red Wine is made from the Boğazkere and Öküzgözü grape varieties, which are grown in Mardin region of eastern Anatolia. This red wine presents itself in the glass in deep garnet red. Elegant aromas of fully ripe cherries and dark forest fruits can be recognized on the nose. On the palate, Sargon is sure to be fruity and velvety soft with a pleasant aftertaste.

Shiluh Sargan Red Wine is recommended to be served at 17-19°C and matches perfectly with dark meat, pasta with meat sauces, a classic snack with cold cuts or Turkish Börek.
