Suvla Kirte Red Wine 2018
Kirte is the historical name of the village Alçıtepe where the Çanakkale War was lived in. Famous with it’s history and pine forests, the region nestles family vineyard Bozokbag and traditional vineyards. This wine is crafted by the varieties Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah and Boğazkere. Aged for 12 months in oak barrels. This red wine reflects fully the terroir’s properties. It is a full-bodied red wine with deep garnet color. The nose is exhibiting blueberries, blackcherry and spicy notes of oregano and black chocolate. The palate is consistent having a long aftertaste offering hazelnut and dry prune hints. The finish is powerful and luscious.
