Suvla İyi ki Sparkling Wine is crafted from the indigenous variety Karasakız grown on the traditional vineyards planted on the North side of the Ida mountains. This wine is produced by traditional method (méthode champenoise) and is aged more than 18 months on their lees in the bottle. It exhibits fruity and spicy aromas along supple minerality and leads to a balanced finish.
