Doluca Kizilcaterzi Merlot 2017 *MUNDUS VINI, Challenge International du Vin 2022
Doluca Kızılcaterazi Merlot is aged during 12 months inside 225 liter barrels made of 87 % French and 13 % American oaks. About 5,5 tons per hectare is harvested from Kızılcaterzi vineyard during the vine harvest in the first week of September. Merlot, which was cultivated using the most modern micro viniculture methods, was transformed into wine as a result of long fermentation periods inside small barrels once 12 days of maceration was completed.
To add a stronger and full bodied taste to Merlot grape which is known with its velvety wines, we have added 18 % of Shiraz grapes to Kızılcaterzi Merlot’s 2012 harvest, enabling you to discover deeper presence of taste on your palate. Kızılcaterzi Merlot which is a fruity, strong, rounded and esay to drink wine, invokes the notes of raspberry, red-current and roasted hazelnuts.

Doluca Tuğra Boğazkere wine has smooth and round tannins also its pleasent floral characters. Tugra Bogazkere grapes –cultivated with modern vineyard management methodology and a low yield program- were harvested in early September at our own vineyards in Denizli. The grapes have been macerated and fermented nearly 11 days, then have been aged for 7 months with the sediments, and following filtration for another 9 months in 80% French and 20% American oak, totally 16 months. Tugra Bogazkere has powerful, long and fruity character.

Kavaklıdere Prestige Boğazkere Red Wine is made from boğazkere which is a prestigious grape variety of Anatolia, known for its strong tannins, deep structure and good aging potential. In 1995, Kavaklıdere was the first producer to represent it as a premium varietal wine (in the Prestige brand), with respect to its stylish characters. The grapes grown in Diyarbakır vineyard, were harvested early in the morning by hand, gently processed and then matured in 225 L used French oak barrels for 9 months, has a potential to develop in the bottle due to its complex aromatic character, high level of tannins and full body.
Kavaklidere 1929 2017 *MUNDUS VINI
Kavaklıdere 1929 – Cabernet Franc Red Wine is aged from grapes that were grown in Denizli were harvested in small quantities in 2013, and each harvest package was then processed separately. Without damaging the grapes, without using a pump, the juice from the vines was directed into the tanks using the gravity method.
Kavaklıdere Pendore Öküzgözü 2017 *MUNDUS VINI
Kavaklıdere Pendore Öküzgözü Red Wine is produced from Öküzgözü grapes grown 350 m above the sea level where the soil is composed of clay, limestone and gravels. Pendore vineyard is located near the town Kemaliye in the Aegean Region. The name Pendore comes from the Latin “pence horyos”, which means “five villages”, where the Lydians anciently lived. The vineyard is located in a special micro-climate where continental and Mediterranean climates meet. Grown with low yield (50 hl/ ha) and harvested early in the morning by hand at optimum maturity, the grapes are recived with gravity system (transfer of grapes by gravity, without any pumping equipment, thus causing no bruises and processed gently).
Pendore Öküzgözü 2016 is a terroir wine which has charming black forest fruit aromas and spicy notes, pronounced acidity and a full body with its ripe tannins which are matured in 225 and 500 liters French oak barrels for 9 months. This premium wine is produced in limited quantity with numerated bottles. It is recommended to be served at 17-18 ºC and perfectly matches with grilled red meat, game, stewed meat and hard cheeses.

Burgundy color. The jam has red fruit, earth, tobacco and almond-associated bouquets, and leaves a spicy trail at the end. Body, strong but flexible tannin, flowing and long on the palate. It should be sipped in a carafe within 5-6 years and accompanied by rested steaks.

Paşaeli Kaynaklar 2012 Red Wine is Bordeaux red blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Merlot, Petit Verdot grapes. Organic farming procedures are applied for growing. The grapes are handpicked, destemmed and crushed. The wine is fermented with native yeast only. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tank with a skin contact of 3 weeks with pumping overs. Aged 24 months in 50% new and 50% 1-year old French oak barrels of 225 liters, and bottle aged for 1 year. It has a deep dark cherry red color. The nose has rich aroma of sweet, ripe blackberry and plum, with dark chocolate notes. On the palate it is firm, dense with chewy sweet tannins filled with pure fruit. The fruit shines through the oak influence. A big, full-bodied, balanced wine with a long finish.

Paşaeli Hoşköy Cabernet Sauvignon 2012 Red Wine is made with grapes grown in Paşaeli’s Hoşköy – Tekirdağ vineyards on the European part of Turkey. It lies at 150 metres elevation. Fermented with native yeast only, it is barrel aged for 24 months in French oak barrels of 225 liters, and bottle aged for at least 18 months before release. Dark color. Black forest berries, currant, ripe plum tones dominate the nose. The palate has a very long finish with strong, velvety tannins, mature rich black fruit flavors, strong body and barrel flavors.

Paşaeli Sıdalan 2019 White Wine is produced from Sıdalan grapes which is an indigenous variety native to north Kaz Dağları in north Aegean, close to the site of ancient Troy. Sıdalan is picked from a single vineyard at an elevation of 300 meters. The grapes were pressed with whole clusters. Made 100% in stainless-steel tanks, then aged on lees for 3 months. Pale and gently herbal and chalky/dusty on the nose, rather Chablis-like, with a slight woody note (not oaky). On the palate there is a little more obvious fruit, melon and pear, and the freshness is enhanced by the leesy texture and the slight friction that gives. Subtle and textured. Shiluh Manastır Boğazkere 2017 -24th Japan Wine Challenge
Shiluh Manastır Boğazkere Red Wine is a made from indigenous grapes grown in monastery vineyards and Syriac villages. Shiluh Manastır carries floral and flamboyant black fruit aromas and sweet vanilla tones. It is quite dark Bordeaux colour. It is full and strong on the palate, but with integrated tannins and fresh acidity. The acid balances the sweet black fruits on the middle palate, keeping the wine alive and well. A long, fruit-laden, lively, enjoyable finish. It can be aged up to 8-10 years under suitable conditions.
Syriac Wine has been produced as the sacred drink of Christian culture in Turabdin for many years during the region’s 6500-year history. Assyrian Wine is produced using contemporary techniques in the Shiluh production plant in Midyat-Mardin, while following to the Assyrian Wine Production Method.

Suvla Cabernet Sauvignon 2019 is a red dry wine with deep intense aromas of black cherry and black currant mixed with black pepper, violet and tobacco. It is a full bodied wine with structure and length. Balancing well the powerful fruit and spicy flavours, it has soft silky tannins with a long, glorious finish. The wine is suitable for bottle aging. Decanting is suggested for enhancing aromas.

This reserve wine is produced exclusively from organic plots of Syrah variety grown on the single parcel of family vineyard, Bozokbağ. The wine is aged for 12 months in oak barrels. It is opulent and fine-grained with a dark fruit core. Aromas of violet, blueberry and red cherry are followed by tobacco and coffee on the palate. The wine has a velvety tannic structure and has a long finish with lingering notes of spices in the end. Suitable for bottle aging. Decanting is suggested for enhancing the aromas.

Suvla Reserve Petit Verdot-Karasakız 2018 *Berliner Wein Trophy
This reserve wine of Suvla is crafted exclusively from Petit Verdot and indigenous variety grown on the vineyards of the Gallipoli Peninsula. After the diligent vinification process, the wine is aged for 14 months in oak barrels. With dense and very thick gamet red color, it wraps around the palate with rich bouquet that primarily shows of dried prune and blackberry notes, with hints of sandalwood, blackpepper and tobacco. It has a powerful and balanced structure with dynamic tannins leading to a long round finish of chocolate and nutty notes. This special blend of Petit Verdot and Karasakız provides a unique experience with its potential to age.

Tomurcukbağ Trajan Rezerv Kalecik Karası 2016 Red Wine is produced from 100% indigenous Kalecik Karası grape variety with wild yeast in the skin. The fruit comes from a single vineyard at an altitude of 699 meters in Kalecik near Ankara. Light crimson with petal-pink highlights. Showcasing aromas of cherry and strawberry marmalade, followed by rose scents on its perfumed front nose, the wine also contains notes of cinnamon and cloves. Fluent and concentrated on the palate. While the earthy notes accompanying its pure fruitiness increase its layering, it draws attention with its lively acidity, soft tannins and long finish.

A special reserve of 1,500 bottles created by Urla Winery in honor of its 10th anniversary. 52 percent Urla Karası – 48 percent Mourvedre blend. It is aged in French oak barrels and bottled with limited filtration. 15 degrees alcoholic, gold medalist from the Berlin Wine Competition.
It also has deep burgundy colored, navy blue highlights. Nose and palate are still closed, ripe red fruit and sweet spice tones are felt. Body, tight-textured, fleshy density. Its iron tannins are ripe but do not yet give way to wine. It is a red that needs to be rested for at least 4-5 more years and has not yet developed a buff. A tin wine with aging potential.

Vinkara Mahzen Boğazkere Reserve Red Wine was aged for 30 months in château-style 225 liter French Burgundy barrels and then further aged in our wine caves after bottling. It has an intense ruby color with garnet reflections as well as rich tannins with balanced & soft sensations. Besides smoked, toasted almond and red fruit aromas, the wine is rich in licorice and leather aromas, has an excellent long finish of chocolate and black cherry flavors, and elegantly pairs with rich, flavorful foods. Seasonal pattern characterized by spring and summer temperatures slightly above average. Also the rainfall was higher than normal with the month of September characterized by a high temperature range between night and day.
Vinkara Mahzen Cabernet Sauvignon 2018 *TWC
Made from the grapes of the Vinkara’s vineyards in Kalecik, aged in French oak barrels for 20 months. 14.5 degrees alcohol. Dark burgundy colored tiles have also started to appear. After the vibrant red fruity bouquets, rose scents can be felt as they air. A bodied, flexible tannin, fresh acidity and rounded wine. Long lasting on the palate, mature yet energetic. It should be sipped in 3-5 years, accompanying rested steaks and rustic stews. It must be transferred to a carafe before drinking.
