Perdix Bornova Misketi
Perdix Bornova Misketi White Wine produced from Bornova Misketi grape which is harvested in 2019, is a delightful local grape variety that reflects all the character of the Aegean region to its glass. It is light straw yellow in color. Floralite is in the foreground (Jasmine, Honeysuckle, Rose) and the scents of golden apple and nectarine accompany you. Apricot, nectarine and floral scents in harmony with the nose on the palate continue to accompany you.

Perdix Bornova Misketi White Wine is recommended to be served at 9-11°C and matches perfectly with a fruit plate due to its aromatic structure on the palate. Apart from that, smoked fish can also be a good accompaniment to chicken with sweet and sour sauce.
