Paşaeli “Morso Sole” Dessert Sweet White Wine is produced from Sultaniye grapes which are harvested and sun-dried in a single vineyard in Buldan that lies at 450 metres elevation. Sultaniye (aka Sultana) is a variety that is grown all over the Aegean region, it is used for eating and for raisins. But it is also suitable for wine-making. It is fermented in stainless steel tanks slowly, then aged on its lees “sur lie” for 6 months. This Sweet White Wine has a amber color with honey and dried fig notes on the nose. The palate is intense, rich and luscious. The sweetness is balanced with live acidity and concentration ensuring a fresh finish. months to give complexity. Pale gold with green glow.
