Paşaeli “Morso Sole” Dessert Wine (Sweet Wine)
Paşaeli “Morso Sole” Dessert Sweet White Wine is produced from Sultaniye grapes which are harvested and sun-dried in a single vineyard in Buldan that lies at 450 metres elevation. Sultaniye (aka Sultana) is a variety that is grown all over the Aegean region, it is used for eating and for raisins. But it is also suitable for wine-making. It is fermented in stainless steel tanks slowly, then aged on its lees “sur lie” for 6 months. This Sweet White Wine has a amber color with honey and dried fig notes on the nose. The palate is intense, rich and luscious. The sweetness is balanced with live acidity and concentration ensuring a fresh finish. months to give complexity. Pale gold with green glow. The nose has lovely aromas of tropical fruits and melon. The palate is well balanced with live acidity and lovely, juicy fruit.

Paşaeli Winery
Paşaeli Wines built a boutique winery in Kemalpaşa near the port city of Izmir in the western part of Turkey. Total production is currently around 150.000 bottles a year. They make wines as little as 500 bottles to a maximum of 15.000 bottles per sku. Also, they have four vineyards of 15 hectares, one near the city of İzmir (close to the village of Kaynaklar), two more near the city of Tekirdağ (one close to the town of Şarköy and the other close to the village of Hoşköy) and one more near the city of Çanakkale (close to the village of Gedik). Kaynaklar and Hoşköy vineyards were planted by them but Şarköy vineyard has 50 years “old vines” of Yapıncak variety and Gedik vineyard has 35 years “old vines” of Karasakız variety. They hand harvest grapes.
