Suvla Reserve Rousanne Marsanne (Organic)

This versatile wine is crafted exclusively from organic plots of Roussanne and Marsanne grown on a single parcel of the family Bozokbag, on the Gallipoli Peninsula. The fermentation and aging is completed in french oak barrels for 8 months. The wine exhibits a good complexity with the notes of white peach, pear, honeysuckle, vanilla and white chocolate. On the palate, it is balanced, crisp and persistant. It leads to a long and elegant finish by enhancing the fruity and spicy notes. Suitable for bottle aging.
