Suvla Grand Reserve Merlot 2017

This wine is crafted exclusively from Merlot variety grown on the best parcels of the organic family vineyard Bozokbag, on the Gallipoli Peninsula. The grapes are harvested at the perfect stage of their ripeness and the wine is aged for 18 months in oak barrels. It has developed a complex bouquet dominated by the fruity notes of raspberry, cranberry, plum split with tobacco, dry mint and rosemary. On the palate, the wine is very well-balanced with velvety with silky tannins and minerality. Suitable for bottle aging.
