Pamukkale Nodus Cabernet Franc Merlot red wine ages for about a year before developing its distinctive aroma and being bottled. Gourmets should expect an excellent wine with a deep ruby red color. The aroma of pomegranate and plum is extremely strong. The wine has a flavor profile that includes red and black fruits, green pepper, and toasted aromas. The Pamukkale Cabernet Franc / Merlot blend is made up of roughly 60% Cabernet Franc and 40% Merlot. The wine’s gritty texture comes from twelve months of maturing in French oak barrels under sustainable conditions.
