Kavaklıdere Vin Art Kalecik Karası – Syrah red wine is a blend of noble grape variety “Syrah” grown in Denizli-Güney with elegant “Kalecik Karası” from the region Kalecik near the capital Ankara. It is maturated in French oak barrels for 7 months. This pleasant wine is concentrated, round with soft tannins, lively and persistent on the palate. It is best served at 16-17 °C’ and matches perfectly with cream and spice sauced red meat dishes and yellow cheeses.
