Kavaklıdere Egeo – Fumé Blanc White Wine is remarkably charming with marked citrus aromas together with the elegant vanilla and flower notes as a result of the 6 attentive months spent in 500 liter French oak barrels from the Nievre forests. Bringing together its crisp acidity and roundness as a succesfull contrast in an elegant palate, it carries the signs of its optimum maturity gained in the vineyard and the traces of the gentle vinification to the palates.

Kavaklıdere Egeo Fumé Blanc White Wine is recommended to be served at 7-8°C and matches perfectly well with asparagus with balsamic sauce, seafood starters, shellfish, aromatic and fatty cheeses such as brie and goat cheese.
