Paşaeli Hoşköy Cabernet Sauvignon 2012 Red Wine is made with grapes grown in Paşaeli’s Hoşköy – Tekirdağ vineyards on the European part of Turkey. It lies at 150 metres elevation. Fermented with native yeast only, it is barrel aged for 24 months in French oak barrels of 225 liters, and bottle aged for at least 18 months before release. Dark color. Black forest berries, currant, ripe plum tones dominate the nose. The palate has a very long finish with strong, velvety tannins, mature rich black fruit flavors, strong body and barrel flavors.

The Cabernet Sauvignon grape’s characteristic tannic structure is softened by 14 months aging in 225 lt. French oak barrels resulting in a smooth textured wine. Harvested relatively late due to the cooling summer breezes from the Saros Bay, the Cabernet Sauvignon fully reflects in its taste the unique flavours received from its terroir. Known as “the king of reds” and originating from Bordeaux, France.
Diren Les Muses – Cabernet Sauvignon Red Wine is made entirely from Cabernet Sauvignon grapes from the Diren vineyards in Tokat, an area where Cabernet Sauvignon gains a delicate and complex character. Les Muses grapes are meticulously hand-picked, processed in the same area and matured in oak barrels for 18 months.
