Tasheli Patkara Rosé Wine is produce from Patkara grape variety which is native to Mut/Mersin grown in a single vineyard at an altitude of 1200-1400 meters. Grapes are grown in limestone rich calcareous loam soil profile. Climate of the region accompany with hot summers, benefit from both Mediterranean winds and high altitude winds on the slopes of Taurus Mountains. Grapes are carefully hand picked from at least 50 years of age Old Vines, this precious grape tells the story of Terroir with each bottle that spent its maturation time in stainless tanks.
