Talay Pelazzi Red Wine is produced from Bozcaada Cabernet Sauvignon grapes, it has a deep ruby with withered brick colored rims and languid swirl, showing off opulent maturity. The offbeat priming nose had become over time an imbibing stage of virility and prudence, with abrasive toasted notes of dried cedar and burnt toast trying to coax immensely succulent blackberries, dates and some alkaline/earthy fried root vegetables out of fruit-forward precedence, and these notes fall apart noticing that they’re used as mere vessels of oak. Saline palate much more lucid, with coffee and tamarind.

Talay Pelazzi Cabernet Sauvignon Red Wine is recommended to be served at 15-16°C and matches perfectly with red meats, game dishes, poultry and cheeses.
