Suvla Kilit Bahir Red Wine 2018
Kilitbahir, meaning “key of the sea”, is a small village with a fishing harbour located on the narrowest point of the Dardanelles with a great view of Asian shores. The presence of the tremendous clover shaped Ottoman fortress gives importance to the village and was built in 1452 by precious architects. The region nestles family vineyard of Suvla and traditional vineyards as well. Suvla Kilitbahir 2018 is a red blend wine crafted from the red varieties Syrah, Merlot and Öküzgözü. The wine has a dark cherry color offering intense red forest fruit aromas and spicy notes with a balanced full body.
