Suvla Cabernet Sauvignon 2018 – Barrel Aged

Suvla is named after a bay in the North coast of the Aegean Sea on the historical Gallipoli Peninsula. This varietal is produced exclusively from Cabernt Sauvignon variety grown on the family vineyard Bozokbağ. The wine is partially aged for 12 months in different types of oak barrels. Suvla Cabernet Sauvignon 2019 is a red dry wine with deep intense aromas of black cherry and black currant mixed with black pepper, violet and tobacco. It is a full bodied wine with structure and lenght. Balancing well the powerful fruit and spicy flavours, it has soft silky tannins with a long, glorious finish. The wine is suitable for bottle aging. Decanting is suggested for enhancing aromas.

Suvla Cabernet Sauvignon Red Wine is recommended to be served at 12-14°C and matches perfectly with BBQ meats, grilled red meats, sauce/with meat pasta, labs liver, cheese tray or unaccompanied.
