Quality Notes

Diren Karmen Selection – White Wine is the blend of Narince grapes from the Tokat region and Chardonnay grapes from the Denizli/Aegean region. Narince brings structure, freshness and citrus flavours whilst Chardonnay grapes bring a concentrated nose with fruitaromas.

Tasting Notes

Color: Golden yellow
Nose: Citrus, stone fruits, pear, white flowers and butter
Palate: A gentle touch of oak, fruity, a well – structured and smooth body, balanced acidity

Ideal Food Match

Diren Karmen Selection is recommended to be served at 10-12°C and matches perfectly with steamed fish, shellfish, butter cooked seafood, chicken with creamy sauce and salty cheeses.
