Doluca Sarafin Rose Wine is an immaculate blend of Merlot and Cabernet Franc varietals which are grown from Sarafin vineyards in Saros region . In order to reflect varietals characteristics to their maximum, only free run juice fermented under low temperatures was used in this wine. As a result, The Merlot grape variety, with its smooth, velvety flavor and fruity character, adds richness and smoothness to this rose wine.

On the other hand, Cabernet Franc delivers its unique aromatic qualities in Sarafin Rose.
Sarafin Rose, with its crispy and refreshing character, as well as its aromatic and easy to drink texture, offers the perfect balance of these two grapes.This wine invokes the aromas and flavors of violet, sour cherry and raspberry.
