Oily Anise of Aegean Region from BURGAZ
Burgaz Export Rakı is made out of suma which is distilled from freshly hand-picked grapes, wheat – based ethyl alcohol and choice aniseed. Ingredients are distilled in traditional copper small-batch rakı stills a second time. Aged 45 days in special tanks with dry air blown in. Recommended serving temperature 8 – 10°C.
